WindyWilly Cooling Products & Electronics started 5 years ago in Houston, Texas to fill the need need of many customers with their cooling requirements. We soon moved to an internet mail order company. We began selling our products discounted on eBay under the user name "ActionsRus" and garnered all 2500+ customers reporting back with 100% positive feedback. Our mission statement is simple:

This WEB site was inspired by the unreasonable practices of eBay and the lack of proper communication to their sellers. If all else fails through email comunication, it is imparative that communication be made by telephone and a knowledgeable person on the other end. eBay's ability to comminicate only by email when phone support is requested is unexceptable. We have never left one of our customers unsatisfied, we would expect as much from eBay.
