Install
instructions: For best results, remove all old printer drivers. Shut down computer. Turn off power to printer. Unplug
printer from printer port . Install the Intel Entegra adapter to USB port. Turn on computer. Let operating system identify
the adapter. Plug adapter onto the back of your printer. Turn on the power to your printer. Let windows find the driver and
install it for your printer. You will need to download the latest driver for your printer (from manufacturer site) if
windows does not automatically find the printer driver for your printer.
Note from Seller:
Intel bought out this premium company,
and provides only web site support for early operating systems. However, the adapter is plug and play under Windows
XP (no drivers needed..you will need to download drivers for 98,ME,2000). XP operating system was not out when Intel provided
support, of course your printer must work under windows XP also. You will need a USB cable ("A to B") that you may
have on hand. We do sell the adapter with the cable (see option below)
I have taken a picture of 3 adapters (from different angles) so you
can see what it looks like. My friends had paid $20 to $30 in town to do this conversion. This adapter by itself had
sold for $30 retail (It is of high quality)
