WindyWilly Cooling Products & Electronics started in 2001 in Houston Texas to fill the need of many customers with their cooling requirements. We soon moved to an established specialty cooling internet mail order company. We began selling our products discounted on eBay under the user name “ActionsRus” and garnered all 2500+ customers reporting back with 100% positive feedback. To accurately represent our niche cooling items our name was changed to WindyWilly Cooling in 2003. WindyWilly Cooling has grown to be a major vendor to many fortune 500 companies. We design products to fullfill exact cooling requirements. No order is too big as we buy components in large bulk quantities to pass the discount on to our customers.

Payment Methods Accepted
If you are interested in purchasing anything on this site, you may do so using the PayPal Checkout option. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express and Electronic Check payments for online orders through PayPal only. We also except Cashiers Checks and Money Orders if approved through email prior to purchase (payments@windywilly.com).
If you use a PayPal, your order will ship immediately. If you pay by Cashiers Check or Money Order, your order will ship after payment is received.
Shipping Options
We currently do not sell/ship to addresses outside the United States. We offer the following free shipping options for orders within the United States:
- USPS Priority Mail: Typically arrives within 4 to 6 days and includes insurance and delivery confirmation.
We no longer offer USPS First Class, UPS Ground and FedEx Ground shipping options.
Returns & Refunds
You have 21 days to request a refund of all items. There is a 15% restocking fee for all items which basically covers our cost to ship the item to you. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Warranty Policy
All Cooling products are warranted for 6 months from purchase. All Electronics are warranted for 90 days from purchase.
